Nirast Journal

About the Nirast Journal and Editorial Policy

The Nirast Journal publishes evidence-led guides to the ingredients in Nirast supplements and body care: what an ingredient is, what published studies actually measured, how to read a label, and the dosing, safety and comparison questions people ask before they buy.

Who publishes the Journal

The Journal is published by Nirast, which is operated by Penguin Ops LLC, 8290 NW 66th Street, Miami, FL 33166, USA. Phone: +1 843 376 3372. Email: support@nirast.co. The products discussed in the guides are sold at try.nirast.co.

Editorial policy

One question per article

Each article answers one decision a reader is trying to make, and puts the short answer first. Questions that can be answered in a few sentences go into an FAQ instead of a stand-alone article.

Sources

Factual statements are tied to sources listed at the end of each article: peer-reviewed studies (usually linked through PubMed), regulatory guidance such as the U.S. FDA dietary supplement labeling guide, and the product’s own label for product facts. When the research is limited, mixed or done in a different preparation than the product, the article says so in a section on what the research cannot tell us.

How articles are produced and checked

Articles are researched and drafted with AI assistance inside a fixed editorial process. Before publication every article passes source and claim checks against its cited studies, a separate review stage, and automated checks that block unsupported claims, internal working notes and broken product facts from reaching the page.

What we do not publish

  • Claims that a supplement cures, treats or prevents a disease.
  • Customer reviews, ratings or testimonials.
  • Paid placements or sponsored articles.

Conflict of interest

Nirast makes the products discussed in the Journal. Every article says which Nirast product it relates to, and product links are labeled as such.

Corrections and updates

Articles show the date they were last updated and are revised when the evidence or a product label changes. To report an error, email support@nirast.co with the article link; confirmed errors are corrected in the article.

Medical disclaimer

The Journal is general information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
